User Surveys in Academic Libraries This workshop presents the basic concepts and steps for conducting a user survey: defining objectives, sampling, measurement scales, logistics, data analysis, and report writing. Web Development with XML: Design and Applications This workshop is designed for librarians, information professionals, and educators. It provides hands-on experience in developing interfaces for publishing on the Web.
