Only researchers with academic credentials may use papers restricted to
scholarly use. Normally this requirement means:
1. Faculty of institutions of higher education working in their fields
2. Graduate students preparing seminar papers, theses and dissertations
3. Researchers with graduate degrees, usually working on scholarly
publications, not contract research
4. Honors students
