impacted both the number of purchased titles and the number of free titles. During the year, we switched from print only titles to
the online format which reduced the number of print and other formats.
13-14 Audio, film, video are combined for Main cannot separate. Audio/video reported here include web audio items and web video
items with records in the library catalog, in addition to physical audio and video items.
