5.b.ii We really do not have a valid number to report free/open access titles, the freely accessible titles overlap to some unknown extent
with paid titles. Databases like the various ProQuests contain some open access materials for user convenience, but we still pay
for them. Some journals that we buy from the publishers become open access after an embargo period. The parts would add up to
more than the whole.
