22 Significant increase in "one-time electronic resource purchases" is due to a conscious decision to purchase more e-books in 2010-
2011.
30 "Number of library presentations to groups" has declined somewhat due to staffing and programming cuts.
36 Decrease in "Total number of filled requests received from other libraries or providers" is due to a change in library policy in that
we no longer borrow recreational materials for our users, and the ILL/Document Delivery unit is more closely involved with
collection development.
