the size of our staff by two FTE.

Consolidation of reading rooms made possible in part by staff re-organizations approximately a year earlier. There are
now single special-collections-wide units for technical services and for research and instruction, rather than parallel
units within each special collections department. Staff have been reassigned to the new units, and some public service
staff now provide service from a location that is new to them.
